Since 1998 the AR&PA has been held in Valladolid, a place to debate cultural heritage. This event is promoted by Junta de Castela & Leão.

 

In 2016, AR&PA turned into the Iberian Biennial of Cultural Heritage, which tries to bring public institutions, foundations, companies, architecture and design studios, tour operators, local projects, conservation and restauration companies, universities and other educational institutions together to debate cultural heritage, a unique concept both in Portugal and in Spain.
